Documents required for Vietnam Visa:

   • We would like to inform you that from 08 Feb 2024 to 14 Feb 2024, Vietnam will be observing holidays. During this period, there may be potential delays in the processing of visa applications. The holiday season could impact the normal course of operations, leading to extended processing timelines.

TRAVELLER DETAILS

1. Passport

   • Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from Vietnam.
   • Handwritten passport and passports valid for more than 10 years are not accepted.
   • Coloured scanned copy of the passport.

2. Photographs

   • Digital photographs taken preferably within the last 3 months.
   • Clicked against a plain white background.

TRAVEL DETAILS

1. Return Ticket

   • Copy of confirmed arrival and departure tickets.

2. Additional Requirements

   • Visa to be appplied one month prior to the date of travel.

3. Hotel Reservation

   • Copy of confirmed hotel reservation, including the hotel address, contact number, applicant's name, and reservation dates for the entire duration of travel.
